Police: Man Shoots Roommate In Morningside Home

25 Guns Confiscated From Residence

Police are investigating after one man was shot in Pittsburgh's Morningside section Monday morning.

Police said two men were arguing inside a home along Butler Street when one man shot the other twice in the stomach.

Officers searched the home and arrested Kenneth Rogers Sr. in connection with the shooting.

Police also confiscated 25 guns from the home and arrested a juvenile who was there.

Both the victim and Rogers lived in the house together, police said.

The victim, whose name has not been released, is undergoing surgery at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital.

Rogers is charged with aggravated assault and attempted homicide.
