Police Nab 2 Pittsburgh-Area Most Wanted Fugitives

A man on Allegheny County's Most Wanted list is behind bars in Ohio.

A Comcast viewer saw a picture of Bryant Rose on the cable provider's "Fugitive Files" segment and alerted law enforcement to his whereabouts in Steubenville, Ohio.

Rose is accused of shooting Jerico Jones, 32, of New Kensington, on Dec. 10 outside a bar called Granma's Inn along River Avenue in the Natrona section of Harrison Township.

Police said Rose shot Jones because of an argument they had about a month earlier.

Granma's Inn closed its doors after the shooting.

Rose is behind held in Ohio until he can be brought back to Allegheny County.

The arrest was the second fugitive arrest in a matter of hours for sheriff's deputies. Earlier, they arrested Benjamin Williams, 46, while he was doing computer consultant work at a business in Robinson Township.

Williams was wanted for arson and insurance fraud. Police said he admitted he torched his car and abandoned it in Collier Township.
