Black Cat Shot With Arrow In Somerset

FRIEDENS, Pa. -- A local man reported a hair-raising situation that has led state police into an investigation involving animal cruelty.State police said last week, Robert McVicker found that his black cat was shot with an arrow.The situation happened in Friedens in Somerset County.There are currently no suspects.Officials have not released the condition of the cat.
