LUZERNE TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- A small community has been rocked by vandals causing damage, which according to some residents has put the community in danger.Reports said vandals have been hurling bricks randomly at homes and cars in Luzerne Township.Incidents have occurred on Craftmoore Road and on Allison Avenue which include broken windows and damaged cars.Videos provided to WPXI News showed broken windows, graffiti on brick walls and bricks causing damage to residents’ vehicles.The vandalism has raised concern among many members of the small community.“People are staying up all night long now,” said one community resident who wanted to remain anonymous. “People’s windows have been shot out. It could hurt someone’s kid. We don’t want that to happen.”Neighbors hope to start a crime watch and plan to hold a meeting with local law officials and Luzerne Township supervisors Thursday at the Allison 2 Fire Hall.
