Russell Crowe On Set At Allegheny County Jail

Filming began at the Allegheny County Jail Thursday morning for a new movie starring actor Russell Crowe.

Elizabeth Banks co-stars in the movie "The Next Three Days," a film about two people fighting a wrongful murder conviction.

Filming started around 5 a.m. Thursday in the jail lobby and the visiting area. It's expected to last through Friday. The set is closed to the public.

Earlier this week, a section of the Mon-Fayette Expressway in Fayette County was closed to accommodate the film crew.

The movie is scheduled for release sometime in 2011.
