INDIANA, Pa. -- Three inmates at the Indiana County Jail, including one charged with killing a child, are accused of destroying sprinkler heads in their cells.Police said 19-year-old Joshua Turner, and 24-year-old Jason Wickens, both of Indiana and 34-year-old Arthur McGuire, of Black Lick have been charged with breaking the heads in their cells at the jail. The damage rendered the jail's sprinkler system inoperable. Turner is jailed on a criminal homicide charge in the death of his girlfriend's 19-month-old son last October.
