PITTSBURGH -- A head-on collision shut down traffic in a local neighborhood Friday afternoon.Allegheny County 911 reported an accident on Ohio River Boulevard around 11 a.m. on Friday.The accident shut down Ohio River Boulevard between Locust Street and Elizabeth Avenue.Avalon police did not release information about injuries.Stay with WPXI.com and Channel 11 News as this story develops.
