3 Accused Of Torturing Teen In Mercer Co. To Stand Trial

MERCER COUNTY, Pa. -- A judge ordered Tuesday that three people will stand trial for allegedly tying up and torturing a teen in Mercer County.Police said they found Patrick Mendoza in September with a plastic bag and rope tied around his neck.Farrell police said the 18-year-old was tortured for three days in the home because someone thought he stole drugs.The judge ordered suspects Drake Clark, Ronald Clark and Kylie Altman to stand trial.
