Teens Get Trial In Beltzhoover Man's Slaying

Three teens charged in connection with the shooting death of a 30-year-old Beltzhoover man will go to trial.

Joseph Gainer, 17, and Aaron Phillips, 18, are charged in the Oct. 17 killing of Albert "A.J." Bock.

Andrew Samuels, 18, was also arrested in connection with the case. He was taken into custody after he turned himself in to authorities. Phillips is charged with criminal homicide, among other charges.

Bock was shot in the neck and killed during a robbery at a home along Beltzhoover Avenue.

Witnesses told police that Bock was with a group of friends at the time when three males approached the house with firearms.
