Woman Accused Of Stealing From Tanger Outlets Will Stand Trial

WASHINGTON, Pa. -- At least one of the women accused of stealing from a Washington County outlet mall will stand trial.Police said Tina Welch and Christine Misanik were caught stealing from stores at the Tanger Outlet Mall.One of the women would go into a store and steal items and the other would try and return the stolen merchandise in exchange for a gift card, investigators said.Welch will go to trial. A preliminary hearing for Misanik has not yet been set.
