A man found not guilty of charges that triggered the events that led up to the shooting death of a 12-year-old Wilkinsburg boy has been arrested on new charges.Donald "Tank" Wilson Jr., 20, was arrested this week and charged with gun violations.Earlier this month, Wilson was found not guilty on all charges in connection with the shooting death of Kholen Germany.Police said Kevin Johnson, 25, of Pittsburgh's Homewood section, shot and killed Germany, of Wilkinsburg, who ran into the Head 2 Toe clothing store along Wood Street to flee from the gunfire outside.Johnson still faces federal charges but got immunity from Allegheny County prosecutors to testify against Wilson, who police believed started the gun battle. When asked if he thought he would be acquitted, Wilson said, "Yes, sir." I was innocent," said Wilson. "There are a lot of innocent people in jail. Free them," said Wilson.
