Police: 41-Year-Old Man Asks Boy To Get In His Truck

CONNOQUENESSING, Pa. -- State police in Butler County are investigating an attempted luring that happened Friday morning.

Police said Richard Dermond, 41, is accused of trying to lure the 10-year-old boy into his truck.

According to police, Dermond asked the boy to get in the truck while he was waiting for his school bus along Constitution Avenue in Connoquenessing.

Police charged Dermond with luring a child into a motor vehicle.
