ACLU Fights For Right To Party

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. -- The American Civil Liberties Union will fight for the right to party in State College Monday night.A hearing will be held Monday night to debate a proposed ordinance.The ordinance would hold party hosts responsible for the actions of their guests.If party go-ers were to do something illegal, the host could be fined or given jail time.ACLU representatives said this ordinance violates constitutional rights.
