New Castle Man Accused Of Assaulting 13-Year-Old Girl

SCOTT TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- A New Castle resident was accused of assaulting a 13-year-old girl on Wednesday.Police said Joshua Sunday, 26, made multiple inappropriate comments and actions against the victim between Oct. 23 and Oct. 29.The incidents happened in Scott Township.Sunday is charged with indecent assault and unlawful contact with a minor.He is currently being held in the Lawrence County Jail.
