EAST FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- Police in Armstrong County are searching for a man who robbed a bank in East Franklin Township on Friday.

Surveillance inside the Hilltop Plaza F&M Bank captured the robbery on video.

The man entered the bank with a small box shortly before 6 p.m. The teller said he handed her a note, demanding loose money and told her there was a bomb in the box.

The teller gave him an unspecified amount of cash, and the robber fled.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
