Police Investigate Fatal Indiana Co. Crash

RAYNE TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- State police in Indiana County are investigating the discovery of a fatal crash along Route 119 in Rayne Township.Troopers said a passer-by spotted a wrecked pickup truck over an embankment near Route 85, just before noon Monday.The coroner identified the driver as David Biss, 54, of Grant Township.Investigators said it appears Biss lost control of the pickup between 11:30 p.m. Sunday and 12 p.m. Monday.An autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday.
