Mountaineer Casino Faces Suit In Wrongful Termination Case

Mountaineer Casino is facing another law suit from a former employee.

From court documents filed in Hancock County, Nicholas Busick is suing Mountaineer and several management officials for wrongful termination.

In the suit, Busick makes serious accusations.

Busick said he was fired after he found out the Mountaineer management provided alcohol to underage employees, misused Mountaineer’s property and services and overlooked several investigations into Central Vault Security, suggesting money had gone missing.

The documents also said Mountaineer violated the West Virginia Human Rights Act through sex and race discrimination.

Mountaineer representative Tamara Petit said the company will not comment on the pending lawsuit.
