Water Main Break Floods Several Pittsburgh Streets

Emergency workers were called Sunday morning to a water main break in Pittsburgh's Elliott neighborhood.

Dispatch workers said the break happened at about 5:45 a.m. at the intersection of Glenmawr and Hammond streets.

Water was bubbling from the ground and running down streets several blocks away.

Workers were blocking off streets. They also requested salt trucks to help prevent the water from freezing.
