Smallman Street Will Reopen By Morning

PITTSBURGH -- A busy Pittsburgh road was closed Tuesday afternoon, and will remain closed until Wednesday morning.Smallman Street in the Strip District was shut down while crews installed temporary cement.Officials said the roadway is expected to reopen for the evening commute, but will remain closed until 6 a.m. on Wednesday.Tuesday's roadwork is the result of a large water main break that buckled a section of Smallman Street last week.
