A memorial concert in honor of a former 17-year-old Shaler High School student is planned for January 2nd.

R2k productions is holding the musical event to help raise money for the Jessica Christine Peluso memorial scholarship fund. The high school track star was killed last year in a car crash.

The event will consist of a concert performed by several local bands at the Boyd Community Center:

The January 2nd event begins at 5:00 PM. Tickets can be purchased at the door. 100% of the proceeds will be donated to the Jessica Christine Peluso memorial scholarship fund.
