Opening Statements Begin In Teen's Murder Trial
Bishop Allegedly Killed His Brother

PITTSBURGH -- Opening statements are set to begin Thursday in the murder trial of a Westmoreland County teenager accused of killing his brother.
Ian Bishop, 15, is accused of killing his brother, Adam, 18, with a claw-hammer.
The attack happened in the family's Hempfield Township home in April 2002.
If convicted of first-degree murder, Bishop faces life in prison without the possibility of parole.
