WASHINGTON COUNTY, Pa. -- A Houston, Pa., man is accused of using a subliminal tape to try to get his 10-year-old stepson to kill his 4-year-old brother.Police said David Winniewicz, 36, played a tape while the older boy slept that urged him to smother or strangle his sibling.The man's wife found the tape and handed it over to police.Police are not saying what the alleged motive is behind the tape.
