PITTSBURGH -- If you've ever gotten a parking ticket, you'll want to pay close attention to this story.
A Target 11 investigation discovered that some federal employees devised a way to beat the parking meter system.That was until Target 11 investigator Rick Earle got involved.We discovered that some U.S. postal workers were placing make-shift signs with the U.S. postal service in their personal cars and parking at expired meters.But they weren't delivering mail -- they were going to work.
