Protesters Will Stand 100 Feet Away

PITTSBURGH -- Abortion clinics in the city of Pittsburgh could soon be more protected under a buffer zone.City council is expected to take a preliminary vote Wednesday afternoon.Under the proposed ordinance, anti-abortion protesters would be forced to stand 100 feet from abortion clinics.Protesters within the zone would have to stay at least 8 feet away from anyone going into the clinic who wants to be left alone.Opponents of the plan are expected to voice their opinions.A final vote will be taken Monday.
