Hose is being charged with sex crimes involving children.

Meanwhile, 24-year-old Tanya Kach was reunited with her mother on Thursday.

Kach disappeared in 1996 when she was 14.

Police said Hose held her captive and brainwashed her into staying.

Now police are investigating whether Hose could be connected to an unsolved homicide in McKeesport.
