Kach rushed out of the courtroom to avoid the cameras and the questions from the media, but remained calm on the witness stand when she told the court what happened to her while she went missing.

Kach told the court, “There were a few times that he got into my face and said, ‘You go or tell anyone and I'll kill you.’”

The defense attorney argued that Kach wanted to get married to Hose, begged to stay with him and could have easily left.

Kach also testified Hose’s co-defendant, hairdresser Judy Sokol, cut and died her hair so people wouldn't recognize her.

Kach said "I lost my virginity in that attic while she was there. She was asleep."

Kach also testified Sokol was aware of her sexual relationship with Hose.

And while the defense attorneys maintain their clients’ innocence, the attorney for the Kach family is asking Hose not to take the family through the ordeal of a trial.
