MCKEESPORT, Pa. -- Tanya Kach is taking dozens of people to court, saying their actions led to her kidnapping and prolonged entrapment.Kach, 24, was allegedly held captive by Thomas Hose for 10 years, just blocks from her family home.A statement from Kach’s lawyer, Lawrence Fisher, read:"Vindicating Tanya's civil rights, and routing corruption in McKeesport, can wait no longer. Consequently, Tanya Kach has filed a lawsuit in the Federal District Court here in the Western District of Pennsylvania. This suit raises civil rights and/or racketeering claims against Thomas Hose, the City of McKeesport, as well as the McKeesport School District, among others. We have every confidence that this lawsuit will serve to hold accountable those who steadfastly refuse to accept responsibility in this matter."Watch Channel 11 News and refresh this page for updates.
