PITTSBURGH -- The Allegheny County Council may kill the smoking ban after learning of a casino exemption.A state senate bill excludes slot machine casinos from the ban.Chief Executive Dan Onorato is now reportedly saying he may veto the bill if the council doesn't pass new legislation to withdraw the ordinance.Onorato was previously undecided on whether he would veto the ban, sign it, or let it pass without his signature.The ban was passed Tuesday and prohibits smoking in public buildings and places of employment.
