PITTSBURGH - An accident that caused heavy delays on the inbound Parkway East has been cleared, but traffic is still backed up.
The accident involved multiple vehicles near the Squirrel Hill Tunnel.

One of the cars was pushed up onto the barrier.
Channel 11's Trisha Pittman reported that traffic was backed up to Churchill at one point.
