ALLEGHENY COUNTY, Pa. — The Allegheny County Fire Marshal is investigating a fire that broke out in an abandoned home at 902 Soles St. shortly after 4 p.m. Saturday, according to investigators.
The deputy chief said the fire is considered suspicious because no one is living at the home and the electric and gas utilities have been shut off for years.
Firefighters were able to contain the fire to the third floor of the building and extinguish it.
No injuries have been reported.
