BUTLER COUNTY, Pa. - Emergency dispatchers in Jackson Township, Butler County said a driver was killed when she lost control and went 300 feet over a hillside Tuesday morning.
The crash was reported at 7:52 a.m. on Perry Highway/Route 19 near Interstate 79 in Jackson, the dispatcher said.
A Channel 11 News crew at the scene reports that the car was being pulled from the hillside at about 10:30 a.m.
So far, it is not clear what caused the driver to lose control. The victim’s name was not immediately released.
