City of Pittsburgh sues advertising company over Sprint sign on Mt. Washington

PITTSBURGH — The city of Pittsburgh sued Lamar Advertising on Tuesday over its Sprint advertisement on Mount Washington.

The sign remained on display Tuesday despite the city setting a deadline for Monday for the sign to be removed. A judge will hear the city’s request in court.

A request for comment from Lamar Advertising was not immediately returned.
