Channel 11's Robin Taylor found several deals involving free or discounted meals. Taylor said you don't have to bring your tax returns with you. All you have to do is eat out on tax day.
McCormick and Schmick's Seafood Restaurant is offering several deals for $10.40 in honor of the 1040EZ tax form.
You can get $10.40 dinner specials in the bar area. The restaurant is also giving away $10.40 tax relief certificates you can use later.
Head to a Cinnabon store Monday and you can get two free classic bites from 6 to 9 p.m. You can also enter a contest to win a $100 Cinnabon Gift Card.
Taylor found another good offer from Chick-Fil-A. You should hold on to your receipts from Monday. That's because the restaurant chain will give you every item on your receipt when you present it next month.
Finally, Taylor found another good offer from IHOP. You can get a free kids meal with every adult meal purchased during the month of April. This is good between the hours of 4 to 10 p.m.
One thing to keep in mind with chain restaurant deals is not all locations participate in certain specials. You'll want to call ahead to double check.
