Sarver Bride-To-Be Wins National Diamond Giveaway Contest

MONROEVILLE, Pa. —

A bride-to-be from Sarver, Pa., was named the grand prize winner in a national "Big Diamond Giveaway" contest sponsored by David's Bridal.

Elise Born, a Grove City College student, was presented with a 1 carat diamond solitaire 14K white gold pendant valued at over $2,200 on Friday.

A chance to win the contest was offered to any bride who purchased a gown or bridesmaid dress at David's in January.

Elise plans to marry Tyler Constable this summer.

During Friday's presentation, a pair of half carat diamond 14K earrings were raffled off to one store employee.

Elise randomly selected Allyson Ferrell's name during the drawing.

Allyson, a Penn Hills High School student, won the earrings valued at $1,400.
