The winner will receive a $100 gift card to Petco or PetSmart.

The entry period will begin at 7 p.m. (E.T.) on Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2012 and end at 3 p.m. (E.T.) on Thursday, Nov. 1, 2012. Maximum one (1) entry per person and per email address during the Contest Period.

The voting period will begin on Nov. 1, 2012 at 3 p.m. (E.T.) and end on Nov. 15, 2012 at 3 p.m. (E.T.).  The photo that receives the highest number of votes will be the named the first place winner upon verification by WPXI. 

The photo should be of just the pet/pets in their Halloween costumes.  Photos with people will not be accepted.  Professional photos will not be accepted.
