Father accused of offering girls cocaine at sleepover

BELLE VERNON, Pa. — A Belle Vernon, Fayette County father is accused of offering teenage girls cocaine at a sleepover.

Police said David Kutcy offered three girls cocaine and money to buy marijuana.

Southwest Regional Police Chief John Hartman told Channel 11's Courtney Brennan that the offer was made inside Kutcy's home.

Two of the girls were 14 years old, and the other girl was 13 years old, police said.

Police said Kutcy was supposed to turn himself into police but hasn't yet.
