Handcuffed man who escaped from district justice's office is captured

BUTLER TOWNSHIP — A handcuffed man who escaped from a district justice's office in Butler Township Tuesday morning is back in custody.

Bradley Cramer, 27, of Butler was captured this afternoon.

report Cramer was in the lobby of District Judge Kevin O'Donnell's office when he escaped.  He went through three separate sets of doors before he made it outside.

The office is in the Sunnyview complex off Morton Avenue.

Cramer escaped just hours after he was picked up by a constable for not paying fines, according to Inside Butler County.
