Landau Eugene Murphy Jr. is an American jazz singer who is most commonly known for winning the sixth season of NBC’s hit show America’s Got Talent.

Born and raised in Logan County, West Virginia, Landau Eugene Murphy Jr. has a true “rags to riches” story.

Before winning the hearts of America’s voters, Landau Eugene Murphy Jr. used singing as a way to pass time while he washed cars for a living.

Now, Landau released his Columbia Records debut titled “That’s Life”, and his single hit #1 on the Billboard Jazz Chart.

He continues to live in his hometown in West Virginia, and has a full slate of concerts and appearances both home and abroad.
