A photo of First Lady Michelle Obama and former President George W. Bush has people talking, but not for anything salacious.
President Obama, the First Lady, Laura Bush and former President Bush attended the opening Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture on Saturday in Washington, DC.
The museum has been over a decade in the making since Bush and Congress authorized its construction 13 years ago in 2003.
As the Obamas made their way to their seats next to the Bushes, Michelle Obama gave George W. Bush a big hug, as Bush leaned his head over to reciprocate.
Twitter thoroughly enjoyed the photo:
Michelle Obama and George Bush are legit BFFs and that fact alone is a metaphor for our country's greatness
