2 arrested in connection with shooting death of pregnant Ambridge woman

AMBRIDGE, Pa. — Federal marshals helped police arrest two men wanted in connection with the fatal shooting of a 19-year-old Ambridge woman who was seven months pregnant.

Marlin Kelly, 27, and Tyrone Fuller, 31, are accused of killing Coco Finney. Her family members said she was seven months pregnant.

Investigators said Finney was shot Sunday night when she opened the door to her home. Finney and her unborn child were both killed.

Finney also had a 3-year-old son, investigators said.

According to the criminal complaint, police believe Finney’s boyfriend was selling drugs out of the house she was shot at. The complaint said police suspect Finney didn’t know because she had just moved into the house two days prior.

Police said Finney was not Kelly and Fuller’s intended target.

“I’m so glad the police got them. They did this really fast and stayed on the case. This is what we needed,” Finney’s aunt, Donna Stevenson, said. “I hope (the suspects) get what they deserve."

Ambridge police said they are treating the case as a double homicide.
