Updated:JOHNSTOWN, Pa. (AP) (AP)ong> - Police are searching for a suspect and motive in the shooting deaths of a man and woman in a Johnstown home.
The Cambria County
Coroner's Office identified the victims as 33-year-old Kevin Burt and 35-year-old Alicia Welborn.
Johnstown police said their bodies were found at about 9 p.m. Wednesday in a home in the Minersville section of the city.
Deputy Coroner Jeff Lees said both victims died of gunshot wounds to the head. Both deaths were ruled homicides following autopsies Thursday.
Johnstown Police Chief Craig Foust said the friend who found the bodies was arrested on a marijuana possession charge but isn't considered a suspect in the slayings.
Foust is asking anyone with information about the case to call police.
