2 men hold up business in Westmoreland Co. at gunpoint

WESTMORELAND COUNTY, Pa. — An armed robbery took place early Saturday morning in Westmoreland County.

Police said the robbery happened around 2:20 a.m. at Bull’s Tavern in Ligonier.

According to authorities, two men with guns ordered one worker to get on the floor, while the another worker was ordered to open the cash register.

The robbers threatened to kill the two workers if the police showed up, said police.

The amount of money stolen has not been released.

No one was hurt.
