Gary Wilkinson, 52, and Michael Parry, 48, were both charged with aggravated assault, attempted homicide and conspiracy.
The beating was captured by surveillance cameras outside Big Pat's Bar.
Rosman was kicked in the face and hit in the head with a 2x4, leaving him in critical condition. He underwent surgery Monday.
“He had gotten a titanium plate in his cheekbone. His orbital bone, they had to put in a titanium plate and screws,” said Nancy Hanlon, Rosman’s sister.
Police told Channel 11 that the men assaulted Rosman after an earlier argument that might have started on social media.
Police sources tell Channel 11’s Renee Kaminski Wilkinson has had a history of alcohol related arrests and assaulted the victim because he was in a relationship with his ex-wife.
Hanlon said her brother’s 11-year-old son was killed in a car accident two years ago and he has since spent time giving back to honor his life.
Wilkinson and Parry are being held in the Allegheny County Jail awaiting arraignment on the charges.
