Arrest made in connection with shooting death of Beltzhoover teen

WILKINSBURG, Pa. — Police said they arrested a man on Sunday wanted in connection with the shooting death of a teenager in Beltzhoover last month.

Officers said Ashanti Montgomery was arrested my Wilkinsburg police on an outstanding warrant in connection with the death of Deondre Pace, 16.

Pace was shot and killed in the 300 block of Beltzhoover Avenue on Jan. 10.

Montgomery faces several charges including criminal homicide, firearms violations and criminal conspiracy.

Marshall Addison, 20, is also facing charges in the case. He was arrested on Jan. 31 and charged with homicide and conspiracy.
