BENTLEYVILLE, Pa. — A Bentleyville man accused of inappropriately touching a 12-year-old girl in his home Friday was arrested.
According to police, the victim said Gary Fordyce, 54, had indecent physical contact with her and touched her inappropriately inside his home Friday about 8 p.m.
Fordyce was charged with indecent assault and remains in the Washington County Jail with bail set at $25,000.
