Black Friday shoppers set up tents outside Cranberry stores

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Several people have been camping in tents outside Cranberry stores since Monday to assure they get the best Black Friday deals.

Some of the Black Friday shoppers told Channel 11’s Amy Marcinkiewicz that they camp out every year because it not only saves them money, but it’s fun.

“I’m done work for the week and on vacation today, so it’s all good,” Carl Smith said outside his tent.

Ashley Lotz said Best Buy has some of the best deals on big-ticket items.

"Even just this year, I'll be saving close to $400 on two items put together," Lotz said.
