BLAWNOX, Pa. — Blawnox police are investigating three delivery driver robberies.
The latest robbery happened Friday, they said.
A person requested delivery from Casa Del Sole.
The driver was approached by a man with a knife who demanded money behind Freeport Road, police said. During a scuffle, the driver got cut on his finger.
The robber was wearing a red hoodie, blue jeans and a black bandana over his face. The driver said he was 6 foot 1 inch with a thin build.
On Monday, a person requested delivery from China House.
Police said the food was also to be dropped off behind Freedom Road, where there are high bushes.
The driver was approached by a man who demanded money. The driver gave the man money, police said.
The driver said the man was wearing a dark hoodie and a bandana over his face, just like in Friday's incident. The driver said the man was 6 foot 1 inch tall with a thin build, as well.
Last week, a delivery driver was approached by two men wearing hoodies and bandanas over their faces on 7th Street.
