NORTH HUNTINGDON, Pa. - Police in North Huntingdon Township said a missing 13-year-old was found safely.
Police said Emanuel Snyder was last seen on Augusta Circle at 6:48 a.m. when he left for the bus and never arrived. Several hours later the boy was found. It was not made immediatley clear where he was or who he was with.
Investigators said this may be a child custody interference investigation.
