Butler County man exposed himself in Walmart, police say

CRANBERRY, Pa. — Cranberry police Thursday charged a Butler County man with indecent exposure, open lewdness and disorderly conduct after they said he exposed himself to a customer at Walmart.

Stephen M. Netz, 25, of Brady followed a woman through the store in Cranberry early Jan. 5 and exposed and fondled himself, police said in a criminal complaint. Surveillance video showed Netz following other women while fondling himself, police said, before fleeing the store.

On Jan. 9, police said, Ross police took Netz into custody at the Kohl's in North Hills Village after receiving reports he was fondling himself there. Netz admitted engaging in the same behavior in Cranberry, police said.Ross police charged Netz with open lewdness and disorderly conduct.
