A winning Cash 5 ticket worth nearly $702,000 from the Oct. 9 drawing was sold at a Beaver County convenience store.
Officials said the ticket, sold at Fueland on Tuscarawas Road, correctly matched all five numbers: 12-22-32-34-43.
The retailer will receive a $5,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
